We use your information to prepare and discuss itineraries, quotations, bookings, payment confirmations, and on-trip support. We do not sell customer information.

Email and Service Providers

We use email to acknowledge enquiries and send quotations. We may share only the details needed to fulfil a confirmed trip with selected hotels, drivers, and transport partners.

Retention and Security

Enquiry and booking records are retained only as long as reasonably required for service, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. No website or messaging service can guarantee absolute security.
